A "Secret" blend with unique flavor for red meat. Dust the cleaned Beef Rib Racks, Steak, Kabobs or Burgers with our Ready to use "Rib n' Steak" blend as desired for your taste of boldness. Perfect Beef Seasoning for Grilling, Smoking, Barbecue, Burgers, Baking, Broiling, Kabobs, or Brisket. Slow cooking is recommended for ribs. For best results, marinate the Beef & refrigerate for 2-5 hours (overnight is better). Steaks or Burgers may be seasoned to your perfection and refrigerated for 30 minutes. Before 30 minutes of cooking remove the meat from refrigerator & let it sit covered at room temperature. Prior to cooking, if desired, you may sprinkle additional Kosher salt to satisfy your taste buds. After cooking, allow the meat to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
