Specially blended for poultry, this formulation is a traditional "Secret". Dust the cleaned meat with our Ready to use "Chicken n' Duck" blend as desired for your taste of boldness. Perfect Poultry Seasoning for all Birds (Chicken, Duck, Turkey, Quail etc.) for Grilling, Smoking, Barbecue, Baking, Broiling, Kabobs etc. Slow cooking is recommended. For best results, marinate the meat & refrigerate for 2-5 hours. Burgers may be seasoned to your perfection and refrigerated for 30 minutes. Before 30 minutes of cooking remove the meat from refrigerator & let it sit covered at room temperature. Prior to cooking, if desired, you may sprinkle additional Kosher salt to satisfy your taste buds. After cooking, allow the meat to rest for 3 minutes before serving.
