Ribs can be baked in an oven as well. Season the rib rack with Spice USA's dry rub. Sprinkle additional kosher salt if needed & tightly wrap it in aluminum foil. Then place it in a baking tray to avoid any leakage into the oven. Preheat the oven to 300 F then place the loaded tray into the oven and bake for 2 to 3 hours or until tender. If you prefer a crispy outer layer, you may open the foil then bake it for another 20 to 30 minutes. Flip the rib rack in 10 to 15 minutes to have an even crispiness. Once done, let the rib rack rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving. If you prefer barbeque sauce, use it as a side dip only.
