Season the cleaned Kabob meat cuts with our Rib n' Steak Dry Rub and refrigerate in a food grade container for 2 to 4 hours. About 30 minutes before grillin', remove the meat from the refrigerator and let sit covered, at room temperature. Thread the meat and vegetables (Red, Yellow, Green Bell peppers, Onion wedges, Mushrooms) on to the Skewers alternately leaving a small space between each item. Heat your grill to high then control cooking temperature depending on the meat cuts. Place the loaded Skewers on the grill, cook until meat is cooked through and vegetable are tender. Allow the meat to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
