01- 04 - 2018 Grilling Steak Food Healthy Cooking

Cleaned seafood must be pat dried with paper towel to reduce water content then seasoned with our Fish n' Seafood Dry Rub and refrigerate in a food grade container for 1 to 2 hours. About 30 minutes before grillin', remove the Seafood from the refrigerator and let sit covered, at room temperature. You may toss it on to a grilling pan or aluminum foil them place it on the grill and cook on direct heat source (covered on gas grill / uncovered on charcoal grill), until cooked and tender. Allow the Seafood to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
