Dust the Fish steak or filet moderately with our Fish n' Seafood Dry Rub and refrigerate in a food grade container for 1 to 2 hours. About 30 minutes before grillin'/Baking, remove the fish from the refrigerator and let sit covered, at room temperature. You may grill or bake at medium heat source (covered on gas grill / uncovered on charcoal grill), without touching for 6-7 minutes on each sides or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Allow the fish to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
